Response of Flavonoids Production to Some Elicitors in Callus and Cell Suspension Culture of Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L.)

Aims: This study was conducted to investigate how maximize the production of flavonoids from ginkgo leaves callus or cell suspension cultures. Study Design: The experiment implemented in a completely randomized design with 3 replicates. Place and Duration Study: carried out at Research Laboratory Tissue Culture Preservation Germplasm, Horticulture Institute, Agric. Res. Center, Egypt 2020 2022. Methodology: Adenine sulfate pyruvic acid were added concentrations 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mg/l, for each. Cadmium lead acetate (2 4 mg/l each) suspension. Jasmonic (15, 50, 100 µM), AgNO3 (25, 75 µM) tryptophan (50, 100, 200 mg/l) used hard culture.
